 * 14+ years of software engineering experience supporting programs of similar scope, scale, and complexity.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or an additional 4 years of relevant software engineering experience in lieu of a degree.

Technical Requirements

 * Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with experience building scalable, maintainable applications.
 * Experience developing web applications using modern frameworks such as Flask, Django, or Spring Boot.
 * Hands-on experience with data pipelines and data processing tools, including ingestion, transformation, and integration of large datasets.

Professional Skills

 * Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and product stakeholders.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.

## Description

Provides IC data management support to modernize mega data repositories, dataflow management, data provenance and compliance validation, and streaming solutions., Design and Development

 * Design and build high-performance, interactive data visualizations and dashboards using modern web technologies.
 * Develop DOM-based (e.g., D3, SVG) and rendering-based (e.g., Canvas, WebGL, WebGPU) visualizations based on use case and performance needs. Write clean, scalable code using JavaScript and/or TypeScript within frameworks such as React, Solid, or jQuery.
 * Structure and manipulate data using JSON to support dynamic, real-time visualization requirements.

Testing and Deployment

 * Develop and maintain comprehensive test coverage, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing, integration, and deployment.

 * Deploy, monitor, and maintain web applications in production environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.

Collaboration and Communication

 * Partner closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex data into intuitive visual experiences.
 * Clearly communicate technical concepts, tradeoffs, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
