You will perform hands-on manual, exploratory, regression, compatibility, and automated testing across VR/MR devices and software platforms. You will validate new features, software updates, bug fixes, releases, and hotfixes while investigating product performance, usability, reliability, and potential quality risks. You will work closely with software developers and cross-functional partners to reproduce and troubleshoot defects, evaluate customer-reported issues, maintain test documentation, and drive issues through resolution. You will also help determine appropriate test coverage, monitor release readiness, communicate risks and blockers, and provide regular status updates. This is a highly hands-on role that requires frequent use of VR/MR headsets and specialized testing equipment.
