The position supports the Michigan Enterprise Contact Center team within the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget. This role requires expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, agile methodologies, and test automation, ensuring high-quality software delivery through comprehensive testing and collaboration with development teams.
