This leader bridges strategy and execution, translating AI capabilities into revenue growth, productivity gains, operational efficiencies, improved decision making, compliance improvements and enhanced customer experiences. The role partners across the enterprise to drive AI adoption, governance, value realization and sustainable organizational change. AI Strategy & Value Creation Leadership * Develop and execute the enterprise AI transformation roadmap. * Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities aligned to strategic objectives and ROI. * Create and manage an enterprise portfolio of AI initiatives. * Advise executive leadership on AI investments, priorities and expected business outcomes. Enterprise Transformation Leadership * Lead cross-functional AI and automation transformation programs. * Partner with business leaders to redesign processes and operating models. * Drive measurable value realization from AI investments. * Establish accountability and governance across complex stakeholder groups. AI Governance & Operating Model Leadership * Develop and maintain enterprise AI governance frameworks. * Define KPIs, value realization metrics and executive dashboards. * Ensure responsible, secure and compliant AI deployment. * Provide transparency into risks, outcomes and investment performance. Technology, Innovation & Vendor Leadership * Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms and vendor solutions. * Partner with IT, Product, Data Science and PMO teams on implementation and scaling. * Monitor market, research and martech innovations relevant to business strategy. * Balance innovation, scalability, risk management and business value. Business Partnership & Advisory Leadership * Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. * Translate complex AI concepts into business-focused recommendations. * Build business cases and prioritize enterprise opportunities. * Influence across a matrixed organization without direct authority.
