Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Cleared Test & Evaluation Administrative Support - W87-1 Modernization Program - **Company:** Sandia Corporation - **Location:** Albuquerque, NM, United States (Remote available) - **Experience:** Expert - **Salary:** $48,500.0 - $89,000.0 - **Contract:** Temporary contract - **Skills:** Systems Engineering, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, System Testing - **Published:** August 29, 2026 - **Apply:** https://jobs.localjobnetwork.com/apply/add/88169807/1 ## About the Role * High school diploma plus five or more years of directly relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with one or more of the following: Confluence, PDMLink, and SharePoint. * Active DOE Q clearance or equivalent to start., * Demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative team environment and effectively engage with personnel at all levels, including management, technical staff, and external partners. * Strong organizational skills with the capability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, often under tight deadlines and competing demands. * Customer service-oriented approach with a genuine enthusiasm for supporting the administrative and logistical needs of test and evaluation activities. * Proactive problem-solving mindset with a readiness to identify and address challenges as they arise. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience facilitating meetings and documenting action items. * Familiarity with Nuclear Weapons programs and Sandias organizational structure, particularly within the Nuclear Security Enterprise. * Experience coordinating and executing events and reviews in compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) protocols. ## Description * Manage the complexities of the test lifecycle coordinating and scheduling reviews with multiple other design agencies (LLNL and LM) and customers (AF and NNSA). * Gather, collect, and track the various artifacts of system testing and distribute appropriately to the test team and external customers. * Develop and implement processes to improve workflow efficiency. * Facilitate various technical interchange meetings and test reviews including managing agendas, capturing meeting minutes, and tracking action items. In addition to the core responsibilities, you will also perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the teams overall mission and ensure smooth operations. Due to the nature of the work, the selected applicant must be able to work onsite. Salary Range $48,500 - $89,000, The W87-1 System team is responsible for designing and qualifying the W87-1 warhead. We are a multidisciplinary team made up of electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering. The team includes core partners in project management, reliability, quality, nuclear safety, surveillance, engineering sciences, and material sciences. We collaborate closely with LLNL as Design Agencies for the program and the System Test Team work closely with LLNL, LANL, and LM to execute joint system tests. Security Clearance Position requires a Department of Energy (DOE) Q security clearance to start, or equivalent active security clearance with another U.S. government agency (e.g., DOD). Sandia is required by DOE directive to conduct a pre-employment drug test and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, law enforcement records, and employment/education verifications. Applicants for employment need to be able to maintain a DOE Q-level security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. If you hold more than one citizenship (i.e., of the U.S. and another country), your ability to obtain a security clearance may be impacted. Applicants offered employment with Sandia are subject to a federal background investigation to meet the requirements for access to classified information or matter if the duties of the position require a DOE security clearance.
