Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum., *Architect and deliver a scalable, end-to-end platform supporting network observability. *Design and implement distributed orchestration systems that coordinate across dozens of domain-specific internal and external services, ensuring reliable end-to-end workflow execution at scale. * Establish the AI/ML foundation layer, including knowledge base architectures and intelligent automation frameworks, to accelerate developer productivity and reduce time-to-market. * Tackle novel, ambiguous technical challenges at the intersection of artificial intelligence, large-scale distributed systems, and network domain complexity, delivering production-grade solutions with high operational bar. A day in the life As a Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE III) on the Network Observability team, you will own the design, development, and technical leadership of end-to-end system that provides network health, monitoring and alerting at region, cell and individual customer terminal levels, spanning requirements definition, implementation, test automation, and production validation.
