In this role you will plan, test, configure, implement, and maintain desktop installations including software distribution and will perform configuration, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of desktop/laptop Microsoft Operating Systems and Mac Operating Systems, Microsoft Office client software products, and various software and supported applications. In addition, you will provide end user support for all desktop related issues by resolving user questions/problems including Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, McAfee Anti-virus, * Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of college with coursework in computer science or directly related fields. * Requires three (3) years of professional experience in Client Services or directly related information technology field.
