This role involves installing, maintaining, and supporting computer systems and networks to ensure the highest levels of functionality. The IT Technician will also train users to safely and effectively utilize the IT infrastructure. Role Overview The successful candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of computer software, hardware, network systems, and a variety of internet applications and operating systems. Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are key for this role. We're looking for someone passionate about technology, eager for new challenges, and committed to continuous learning and growth.
