This is a hands on role supporting the migration of our Legacy data across to our new cloud platform. This role would be ideal for a Head of Data, or a Lead Data & Analytics Engineer looking for that next step in their career. They all consider themselves to be specialists in customer care regardless of the role they play in successfully getting your order to you., The Head of Data will be responsible for but not limited to: Data Leadership & Strategy * Own and deliver the organisation's data strategy and roadmap. * Act as the senior data leader across the business, promoting a data-driven culture. * Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved reporting, analytics and operational efficiency. * Establish data standards, governance processes and best practices. * Drive continuous improvement across data, reporting and analytics capabilities.
