## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Architect.
 * Strong background within the energy trading sector.
 * Extensive experience with Energy Trading and Risk Management Systems (ETRMS), including both Legacy and cloud-based platforms.
 * Strong analytics and data platform expertise, including Databricks.
 * Hands-on experience designing and delivering cloud-native Azure solutions.
 * Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and tooling.
 * Experience leading architectural governance and technical change initiatives.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of technical change across a large-scale Energy Markets IT environment. This is a 6 month contract role.

 * Inside of IR35
 * \u00a3650 - \u00a3750
 * Hybrid working - Offices available throughout the UK
 * Must have experience of ETRM systems/trading., * Lead solution architecture and technical design across Energy Markets systems and platforms.
 * Provide architectural governance and technical leadership to IT delivery teams.
 * Shape and drive cloud-native solutions within Microsoft Azure.
