 * Strong management and communication skills
 * Financial Services domain knowledge will be a plus

 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
 * Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet performance and reliability standards.
 * Ensure the integration of various components and systems to deliver seamless user experiences.
 * Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
 * Optimize application performance and scalability through effective use of cloud resources and modern technologies.
 * Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the architecture and development processes.
 * Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
 * Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
