This individual will be responsible for managing user accounts, permissions, and email services, as well as installing, configuring, and updating software applications as required. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Service Desk Technician and have proficiency with Active Directory, Azure, and Exchange while providing excellent customer service to end users.
