In this pivotal leadership role, you will leverage AI-driven Development LifeCycles (AI DLC) and modern engineering practices to accelerate migration activities, optimize batch throughput, and transform critical healthcare transaction processing. You will establish technical strategy across your teams, champion engineering best practices, embed AI capabilities and responsible governance into development workflows, and partner with business and technical leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient medical network solutions. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
