Required Skills and Abilities * Knowledge of Knowledge Management frameworks, methodologies, and industry best practices. * Understanding of Information Governance, Records Management, and data lifecycle management principles. * Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and related collaboration technologies. * Knowledge of taxonomy development, metadata management, and information architecture principles. * Knowledge of AI-enabled search, knowledge discovery and content intelligence. * Strong analytical and business process improvement skills. * Experience developing governance frameworks, standards, and operating procedures. * Strong facilitation, training, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilities. * Ability to communicate complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. * Experience using metrics, reporting, dashboards, and analytics to drive continuous improvement. Serving as a strategic partner across business functions, this role integrates KM practices, information governance, and digital workplace technologies to promote collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence. This position is responsible for developing and sustaining the KM governance framework, processes, and technology solutions. The KM Specialist enables efficient access to trusted information, preserve institutional knowledge, and supports workforce continuity. Partners with Information Governance, Records Management, IT, and business stakeholders to maximize the value of organizational knowledge.
