Our work depends on a Senior IT Program Manager joining our team to support the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) activities remotely. As a Senior IT Program Manager supporting CMS, you will be trusted to lead complex, mission-critical initiatives for federal health programs, with a focus on implementing and operating Affordable Care Act (ACA) and No Surprises Act (NSA) capabilities under evolving policy direction. This senior-level role blends program management discipline, technical team leadership, client advisory, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate demonstrates a consultant mindset-framing problems clearly, designing actionable solutions, driving adoption and continuous improvement, and building trust through credible, transparent engagement with senior government stakeholders while also managing a large cross-functional team.
