 * Experience with PHP/Laravel and Angular/TypeScript
 * Cloud experience with AWS or Azure
 * DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure knowledge
 * Experience modernizing legacy applications
 * Experience introducing AI-assisted development workflows
 * Construction technology, facilities management, or related industry experience
 * Experience working within small to mid-sized SaaS organizations

## Description

The Vice President of Engineering will serve as both the technical leader and principal engineer for the organization, remaining deeply involved in software development while helping guide the overall technical direction of the platform. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys writing code, reviewing architecture, mentoring engineers, and solving complex technical challenges while partnering closely with executive leadership.

You'll play a key role in platform modernization initiatives, AI adoption across the development lifecycle, and the continued evolution of the company's engineering practices. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building features, designing systems, and leading a small, high-performing engineering team.
