or minimum of a high school diploma or GED required plus seven years of ServiceNow Veza, or related identity security experience * Experience implementing identity governance solutions including application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, access requests, reviews, certifications, role engineering, workflows, policies, and enterprise integrations * Strong understanding of identity governance, entitlement management, access controls, segregation of duties, regulatory compliance requirements, and cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP * Experience leading technical workstreams, mentoring team members, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting identity governance and security transformation initiatives * Knowledge of identity security analytics, entitlement visibility, access intelligence, and governance capabilities within ServiceNow, Veza, or similar platforms * Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and deliver high-quality client solutions * Ability to travel as required * Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future;
