You'll serve as a technical resource responsible for ensuring customers can reliably operate their traffic management applications and technology. The position combines systems engineering, networking, software configuration, troubleshooting, customer support, documentation, and infrastructure administration. You'll also work with Traffic Signals and other ITS devices, including cameras, traffic detectors, and Dynamic Message Signs.
