We use coworker listening, data, and insights to understand the experiences and mindsets influencing culture, identify opportunities for improvement, and help translate those insights into focused action. Through enterprise programs, tools, and partnerships, the team helps leaders and teams strengthen connection, belonging, ownership, and performance; embed desired ways of working into the everyday coworker experience, and build the capabilities needed to turn culture into a driver of business outcomes., As an Expert Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in advancing how the organization uses workforce and culture data to understand thecoworker experience and drive measurable improvement. You will transform complex data into actionable enterprise insights by identifying trends, patterns, relationships, and emerging opportunities that extend beyond traditional reporting. In this role, you will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to translate findings into clear recommendations, identify where targeted interventions and resources can have the greatest impact, and establish meaningful ways to measure progress over time. Through advanced analytics, visualization, and storytelling, you will help leaders move from understanding what the data says to understanding why it matters, where to focus, and what actions are most likely to improve outcomes.
