As a Senior Applications Solutions Developer within Pacific Life's Institutional Division, you will serve as the technical bridge between business strategy, enterprise architecture, and software delivery. Working closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, SMEs, and engineering teams, you will transform complex business capabilities into scalable, implementable software solutions. You will leverage modern AI-assisted engineering tools-including GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and other large language models-to accelerate solution discovery, technical design, code development, testing, and documentation. Your work will ensure every solution aligns with division standards, enterprise architecture, security requirements, and governance while delivering measurable business outcomes. This role combines solution architecture, software engineering, systems thinking, and business domain expertise to deliver high-quality applications across the Institutional Division's application portfolio.
