## About the Role

* 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience
 * Bachelor's + 7 years of experience, Master's + 5 years, or 11+ years in lieu of a degree
 * Strong technical leadership experience
 * 5+ years of technical leadership driving solutions/change
 * 5+ years of architecture/system design experience
 * 5+ years supporting IT-related data integrity, including CMDB, HAM, SAM, etc.
 * Strong experience across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC and/or HR
 * Experience with AWS Cloud Management Platform
 * Federal Government experience
 * Experience with ServiceNow integrations and third-party technologies
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
 * ServiceNow CSA/CAD and CIS certifications are highly desirable, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Business Strategy, CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing), Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Cloud Computing, Communication Skills, Consulting, Customer Support/Service, Data Quality, Design Services, Federal Government, IT Service Management (ITSM), Leadership, Presentation/Verbal Skills, Process Improvement, Professional Services, ServiceNow, Team Lead/Manager, Technical Leadership, Technical Support, Writing Skills
