* Bachelors degree in a related field and 0-2 years of experience or in lieu of degree, a high school diploma and eight (8) years of work experience
 * Familiarity with DoD regulations and policies and military acquisition policies and procedures
 * Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
 * Experience working effectively in collaborative environments via Microsoft Teams or other digital platforms

Roles and Responsibilities:

 * Consolidate and review information
 * Report the final office position to leadership
 * Support leadership with internal office operations
 * Manage the flow of information into and out of the organization, including creating, reviewing, and editing internal and external communication products
 * Handle internal and external inquiries and requests for information by analyzing, issuing, tracking, consolidating, and closing them within specified timeframes
 * Plan, coordinate, and execute events, ceremonies, and meetings, and develop supporting materials
 * Establish and enforce policies and procedures to assist with daily tasks
 * Oversee and manage the office's SharePoint site and Teams channel
 * Exhibit a customer and results-oriented approach, with attention to detail and organizational skills
 * Prepare written communications, develop briefing material, and support the oral presentation of this information as required
