To qualify for the role, you must have * A bachelor's degree (4-year degree). * Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience with one or more SAP modules, including full-cycle implementations within your core area. * Specialized experience across SAP data disciplines, including Data Migration, Master Data Management (MDG), Data Governance, Data Analytics, data quality programs, Enterprise IT Architecture, and related data management capabilities across SAP landscapes. * Strong understanding of the SAP S/4HANA data model, including key simplification impacts, with hand-on experience supporting data and system migrations from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA environments. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentations and technical documentation. * Proven experience leading SAP data projects or workstreams and managing project-based teams. * Knowledge of leading practices and prior advisory experience across industry-specific finance and technology environments. * A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%. Ideally, you'll also have * Experience in leading cross-functional teams. * Certifications in SAP data management tools. * A strong network within the industry. * Advanced analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
