This team conducts due diligence and supports clients across a wide range of industries. As a member of this team, you'll not only have the opportunity to interact with clients but also to interact with team members across all levels within the practice., * Execute key workstreams across buy-side and sell-side IT due diligence engagements, from information request development and data room review through management interviews, analysis, and reporting. * Assess technology strategy, IT organization and operating model, business applications, infrastructure and cloud environments, cybersecurity, data and analytics capabilities, IT service delivery, and third-party dependencies. * Analyze IT spend, staffing, contracts, licensing, vendor relationships, planned initiatives, technical debt, and required investments. Assist with developing high-level cost estimates and investment considerations where appropriate. * Identify technology risks, scalability constraints, operational dependencies, cost-saving opportunities, value creation initiatives, and integration or separation considerations in the context of the transaction thesis. * Prepare clear, concise, and executive-ready diligence reports, presentations, current-state assessments, data summaries, and supporting analyses that explain the business impact of technical findings. * Lead or actively participate in client, target management, and internal team meetings.
