## About the Role

* Previous experience in Desktop Support, Help Desk, Technical Support, or IT Support
 * Strong customer service and communication skills
 * Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
 * Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting
 * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests
 * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 * Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing and corporate environment, * Experience supporting enterprise environments
 * Familiarity with Active Directory and ticketing systems
 * Experience with hardware deployments, imaging, and workstation setup
 * CompTIA A+ or related IT certifications

## Description

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician with strong technical troubleshooting abilities and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, solving technology issues, and providing high-quality support to employees across the organization.
This role requires hands-on support of desktops, laptops, software, printers, and other end-user technologies while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

 * Provide onsite desktop support for hardware, software, and technology-related issues
 * Troubleshoot Windows workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications and end-user requests
 * Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and related equipment
 * Respond to and resolve service tickets in a timely manner
 * Assist with user account, password, and access-related issues
 * Support mobile devices and basic network connectivity troubleshooting
 * Document incidents, resolutions, and support activities
 * Escalate advanced issues when necessary
