Develops new applications based on professional principles and theories. Defines and implements EMI/EMC requirements to meet specified product performance for all aspects of Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) compliance, including but not limited to EMI/ EMC/ EME/ ESD/ EMP and Lightning.
