* Experienced Tier 1 Service Desk technician

Technical / service balance:

 * Equal importance on technical troubleshooting and customer service/communication.

Independence:

 * Solid fundamentals; moderate guidance and coaching are acceptable while learning the environment and processes.

Technical priorities:

 * Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Basic Entra, basic hardware and peripheral troubleshooting

Support model:

 * First point of contact by phone, email, and in person; able to perform remote troubleshooting, and ask effective diagnostic questions; Own the Outcome

Security/procedures:

 * Comfortable working in a structured government environment with established security policies, standards, and procedures

Availability/environment

 * Office-based position; able to support special operational needs such as Election Night

Long-term fit:

 * Reliability and consistency, customer service and team fit, and growth potential are equally important
