This role ensures application of systems thinking principles, enabling team members to independently design, code, test, and deploy software. Responsibilities include documentation to support the software development life cycle, developing prototypes and solutions across diverse technologies, applying modern methodologies to launch new business capabilities, resolving complex problems, and mentoring less senior developers.
