Knowledge and understanding of the Cyber Key Performance Parameters (KPP) and how to implement within a program. * Well versed in Defense Industrial Base (DIB) best practices and the competitive landscape with respect to business opportunities and talent management. * Demonstrated experience working with matrixed or virtual teams. * Ability to align Draper's core capabilities and help customers meet their mission objectives. * Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation skills, organizational and time management skills. * Ability to clearly present ideas to executive leadership, senior management, line management, governance committees and customers. * Ability to successfully lead change including organizational transformations, policy changes, and introduction new security related programs. Education * Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science or related field required. Advanced degree preferred. Experience 7-10 years of experience leading large complex information security related organization that includes oversight of highly classified compartmented programs. Experience with DOD RMF and NIST 800-37, 800-53, 800-160, and 800-171. Additional Job Description: Applicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. Secret clearance is preferred. Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required. ## Description The Director of Classified IT and Information Assurance is responsible and accountable for the continued standup and execution of the classified program infrastructure, tools, operational processes / governance, systems administration, lifecycle management, and the development and training of a diverse workforce to meet program requirements in a compliant and survivable manner. The candidate will have responsibility for architecting a multi-year classified program operations roadmap and executing on it, The incumbent will work closely with the Facility Security Officer and Draper Security organization to manage overall security operations. The Director will be responsible for ensuring classified program operations are efficient, undergo continuous improvement, and align with budget, management, and human resources oversight.
