Project Management Software. * Experience in SAP, Oracle and/or IFS ERP systems * Project management certifications (i.e., PMP, CSM, PSM, etc.) * Aerospace and defense industry experience a plus Physical Requirements * Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time. * Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. ## Description Manages complex ERP deployments with frequent travel to implementation sites to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization. Leverages deep ERP expertise and project management best practices to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while taking initiative, driving decisions, and addressing challenges during on-site implementations. Facilitates organizational change for user adoption, including on-site training and support.
