## About the Role

* At least seven (7) years of experience of TRIRIGA experience.
 * Experience with Confluence, Sharepoint, Kanban, Github, Bitbucket and other industry tools
 * Experience in workplace management, facilities assessment and management, lease administration, project management, and/or other real property management
 * Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance
 * Experience in working in a team environment for solution delivery.
 * Self-motivated and desire to always deliver with excellence.
 * Organized with the ability to multitask.
 * High attention to detail.
 * Clear communication skills.
 * Ability to operate independently.
 * Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
 * US Citizenship.
 * Ability to meet Federal & DoD Gov't security background checks, HSPD-12, Fingerprinting, plus agency-specific screening.
 * Experience working within Federal and DoD IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) teams that may be matrixed across several programs.
 * Top Secret clearance

Required Education

 * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

## Description

The Building People, LLC, has an opening for a qualified TRIRIGA Application Consultant to:

 * Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, configure the system accordingly, and provide ongoing support for its efficient operation.
 * Utilize their deep understanding of Maximo's architecture, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Perform as the primary client interface to client management team and to program stakeholders.
 * Define and coordinate testing procedures and develop test cases to support the overall quality assurance process.
 * Perform testing of implemented requirements, lead and support User Acceptance Testing, collect/document results, evaluate and act on feedback.
 * Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors.
 * Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.
