Preferred Education and Experience * Experience with finance, enterprise SaaS, or highly regulated domains (SOX, SOC 2, FedRamp, GDPR). * Prior OneStream or financial CPM Experience. * Experience building internal developer platforms or large-scale platform modernization initiatives. * Experience with multi-tenant architecture and enterprise identity patterns. * Experience in high availability systems, and global scale operations. * Strong technical judgment with a track record of pragmatic decisions and long-term architectural thinking. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Experienced Systems thinker who is able to see the whole platform ecosystem, not just individual services. * High-accountability leader to set clear expectations and delivers measurable results. * Exceptional "Builder of builders" proven to develop leaders and multiplies impact through people. * Highly skilled and proven pragmatic technologist. * Proven track record for building platform capabilities that make product teams and customers successful. * Exceptional operationally mature to drive reliability, security, and scalability as first-class outcomes. ## Description As the Senior Director of Engineering, you'll lead multiple engineering teams responsible for critical capabilities such as identity and access management, shared services, runtime and infrastructure platforms, observability, reliability engineering, and foundational architecture patterns. You will be accountable for technical direction, operational excellence, delivery predictability, and talent development across the MarketPlace engineering org. You'll partner closely with Product, Architecture, Security, CloudOps, and other engineering leaders. This role is ideal for a leader who can operate at two levels at once: Strategic: Define the vision, align the roadmap, drive architectural decisions, and ensure technical sustainability.
