## About the Role

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an Sr. IT Administrator to join their team. As a Sr IT Administrator - you will be part of the Business Technology Services department supporting the IT Infrastructure & Endpoint Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization., + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.

 + Six or more years of relevant IT experience or a combination of education and applicable work experience.

 + Advanced knowledge of enterprise management tools such as SCCM, Intune, and Azure AD.

 + Expertise in VDI solutions including Citrix, VMware, and Azure Virtual Desktop.

 + Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.

## Description

+ Deliver a consistent, secure, and automated endpoint experience across all devices and operating systems.

 + Design, engineer, and support endpoint solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security compliance.

 + Implement improvements to endpoint architecture and contribute to infrastructure planning aligned with business needs.

 + Manage projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and support operational stability within the credit union.

 + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members in advanced IT practices.
