* 5+ years of experience in testing, cutover, hypercare, or ERP implementations.
 * Strong understanding of testing methodologies, data migration, integrations, and production readiness.
 * Experience leading cross-functional teams through go-live.
 * Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
 * Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.
 * SAP S/4HANA or Oracle ERP experience preferred
 * Manufacturing, supply chain, retail, or distribution experience preferred
 * ServiceNow, Remedy, or ITIL experience preferred

## Description

The SAP Test, Cutover & Hypercare Lead manages testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities to ensure a smooth and stable transition into production.
Description:

 * Lead test planning, UAT, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
 * Coordinate test execution, defects, environments, and issue resolution.
 * Develop and execute detailed cutover and go-live plans.
 * Coordinate data migration, integrations, system readiness, and business validation.
 * Lead cutover command center and hypercare activities.
 * Monitor production issues, system stability, KPIs, and escalations.
 * Coordinate IT, business, vendors, and support teams.
 * Transition stabilized systems to steady-state support.
