## About the Role

* Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent work experience in the built environment
 * 5-7+ years of BAS/controls experience, especially programming, integration, and energy management
 * Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS User
 * Capability to process fast paced triage of incoming client work orders
 * Excellent controls project management and people skills
 * Understanding of building efficiency and basic design principles and standards
 * Familiarity with IT troubleshooting in support of BAS networks
 * Certification or experience in Metasys, Alerton, AX, N4, Niagara, Distech, and BACnet strongly preferred

## Description

As a Technology Solutions Engineer, you will provide troubleshooting support for BAS performance issues. You will also provide technical support and oversight of BAS contractors and client technicians for BAS-related workflow. Another important task will be to leverage your knowledge of BAS networks to ensure that remodeled systems are optimized to maximize data throughput. Ensuring stable architectures to support the demanding needs of healthcare, critical facilities, higher education and K-12.
