 * An active Public Trust level clearance is required.
 * SME in one or more of the following areas:
 + ServiceNow Application Development
 + ServiceNow Platform and Architecture Knowledge
 * Experience with ServiceNow development with knowledge of code best practices.
 * Knowledge/experience with functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform and architecture.
 * Effective liaison leading technical development teams.
 * Knowledge/experience of SDLC practices.
 * Strong facilitation skills to effectively lead discussions across multiple groups.
 * Oral and written communication skills including presenting to management.
 * Knowledge/experience with Agile Methodologies.
 * Change Management and Configuration Management (VersionOne, ServiceNow, etc).
 * Problem/Risk Management.
 * MS Office Suite.

## Description

M9 Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to work remotely in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active Public Trust clearance is required., * Develop and support the ServiceNow application.

 * Work within ServiceNow, the client's IT Service Management tool.
 * Support modules including Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), and Request Management.
