It will play a critical role in enabling our business partners to utilize data to drive key strategic decisions, supporting the Operations and Business teams. Primary objectives are reporting and analyzing performance through Power BI and/or Tableau dashboard development., * Serve as a valued business partner to the Operations and Business teams to identify opportunities for improvement; prioritize business and information needs * Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization. This includes understanding the information needs of our business partners, familiarity with the data sources (SAP, Workday, CMS, BPC), and understanding of information and insight mechanisms like Tableau Dashboards, Power BI, Excel, SQL * Drive interpretation, understanding, and adoption of analytic insights. * Proactive in building positive relationships among team members and other functions with which the team interacts. Ability to express thoughts and findings clearly and succinctly (both written and orally); tailors communications for different audiences; listens well and effectively contributes to discussions; makes technical points understandable.
