Must have experience in a start-up environment and the ability to understand complex system interactions in business and IT environments. Excellent understanding of project dependencies and defining critical path, the ability to influence without position authority, direct resources and enforce processes to ensure projects are executed on time and in budget. The Project Manager Principal position offers the opportunity to define and execute vision for the entire site with a high degree of exposure to executive management. Major Areas of Accountability: * Project Leadership - Work closely with leadership to overcome challenges, ensuring project aligns with company strategic goals and provide structure to execute project * Project Planning - Oversee complex multi-year projects. Detailed planning, execution, and tracking of projects; escalate issues and change of scope requests * Project Execution - Full ownership of project lifecycle and team success as a high-impact leader * Project Financial Management - Report on project budget including vendor management; work with customers and data analytics team to support project scope * Relationship Management - Build a common team and mission for the site.
