The **Learning Program Director - Enterprise Compliance Learning Governance** is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing enterprise-wide compliance training programs and experiences that enable the organization to meet legal, regulatory, ethical, and corporate policy obligations while supporting a culture of compliance and mitigating organizational risk. Provides strategic leadership and program management for all operational aspects of enterprise compliance training, including governance, project management, resource and vendor management, communications, measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement. Partners with Ethics & Compliance, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Enterprise Risk, Privacy, Information Security, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Corporate Communications, and business leaders to translate regulatory and policy requirements into effective, auditable learning solutions that align with organizational and talent strategies. Provides governance and oversight for enterprise-wide compliance training while partnering with business areas that retain ownership of operational, technical, clinical, and functional training programs.
