## About the Role

* Experience developing personalization, dynamic content, or templating logic using Liquid or similar templating frameworks such as Jinja2, Twig, Django Templates, Handlebars, Mustache, or related technologies.
 * Strong understanding of nested JSON, object-oriented data structures, arrays, and complex relational data models.
 * Experience building customer journeys, audience segmentation, and dynamic content solutions.
 * Experience with JavaScript, Python, Ruby, or similar programming languages and the ability to work with APIs, integrations, and event-driven architectures.
 * Ability to troubleshoot complex data, personalization, and workflow issues.
 * Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business users.

## Description

The ideal candidate combines hands-on Braze expertise with strong technical skills in Liquid scripting, data structures, and customer journey orchestration. This individual will help solve complex personalization challenges while enabling the internal team to maintain and scale solutions over time.

 * Build and optimize dynamic content, personalization, and customer journeys within Braze.
 * Develop Liquid-based solutions that leverage nested parent-child customer profiles and event data.
 * Create audience segmentation logic based on customer, child, enrollment, and location attributes.
 * Configure and troubleshoot Braze Canvases, Content Blocks, and personalized communications.
 * Connect event payloads, customer profiles, and center data to support targeted customer experiences.
 * Partner with business stakeholders and implementation partners to resolve technical challenges.
 * Support testing, validation, and go-live readiness activities.
 * Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to internal users.
