Experience implementing AIOps automation. * Experience using AI tools (Gemini) for development and QA (code assist). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Familiar with DevSecOps and GitOps best practices. * Enthusiastic about learning and implementing new technologies. * Team-oriented mindset aligned with DevOps culture. ## Description Guidehouse is seeking a skilled and adaptable DevOps Engineer to join our team in supporting development, QA, and operations across multiple applications. This role is central to enabling fast, secure, and reliable software delivery through automation, cloud-native infrastructure, and collaborative practices. Key Responsibilities * Support build, test, deployment, and monitoring tools and environments in a cloud-hosted infrastructure. * Assist with software releases, infrastructure management, inventory, installations, configurations, and connectivity. * Monitor and optimize system performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk and ELK Stack. * Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve deployment workflows and system reliability. * Ensure security best practices are integrated into pipelines and infrastructure (DevSecOps). * Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments. * Maintain and modernize legacy systems using cloud-native services and automation. * Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, Cloud Build and Harness. * Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Helm. * Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes, OpenShift, or GKE, and Cloud Run(Knative), All communication regarding recruitment for a Guidehouse position will be sent from Guidehouse email domains including @guidehouse.com or .
