This highly visible role will have you working closely with other disciplines including program managers, project managers, business groups, and IT support teams. You will need an excellent combination of relevant technical knowledge, cross-group collaboration skills, communication and negotiation skills, relationship-building skills, and planning skills. You will also need a sense of urgency to get things done efficiently, working both independently and as part of a team. You understand the need for implementing and following processes to support enterprise systems., * Design and develop data integration strategies and solutions for complex projects or business issues * Collaborate with cross functional teams to plan and develop solutions to support a continually evolving construction organization * Work with stakeholders at different levels in the organization * Manage and automate data flow * Organize data and optimize data retrieval * Determine requirements for data design * Create roles and procedures to ensure data integrity and security * Develop and maintain data warehouse * Operate and optimize: ensure customer satisfaction by providing highly-available, performant systems * As subject matter expert, ensure project teams follow data architecture standards * Develop ETL processes with Azure Data Factory and similar tools * Oversee a team of 2-4 employees * Manage staffing, including recruitment, communication of job expectations, supervision, employee development, evaluation and disciplinary actions * Conduct employee reviews annually or as needed and recognize and celebrate staff contributions * Other duties as assigned, MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure and our subsidiaries do not work with any third-party recruiters or agencies without a valid signed agreement and partnership with the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team. #LI-IC1 #LI-Remote, Overview: As a Senior Data Architect, you will be responsible for our business-critical systems (on-prem and cloud).
