The Low-Code Systems Developer works closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and IT teams to deliver innovative and secure technology solutions aligned with organizational goals., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 * 2+ years of experience developing and supporting business applications or workflow automation solutions.
 * Experience with one or more low-code platforms such as:
 + Microsoft Power Platform
 + Appian
 + ServiceNow
 * Experience integrating applications using REST APIs, web services, and enterprise data sources.
 * Experience within healthcare, public safety, or other highly regulated industries.
 * Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

## Description

The Low-Code Systems Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting business applications and workflow solutions using approved low-code development platforms. This role serves as a key contributor to digital transformation initiatives by automating business processes, integrating enterprise systems, and delivering scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience., Application & Solution Development

 * Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications using low-code platforms.
 * Create forms, workflows, dashboards, business rules, and user interfaces to support operational and business needs.
 * Configure and customize enterprise application platforms to meet business requirements.
 * Develop reusable components and standardized development practices.
 * Support application modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Systems Integration & Data Management

 * Develop and maintain integrations between enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
 * Ensure data integrity, reliability, and security across interconnected systems.
 * Participate in data migration, transformation, and validation efforts.
 * Troubleshoot integration and data flow issues across multiple platforms.

Business Process Automation

 * Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Implement workflow automation solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives through process redesign and technology enablement.

Support & Maintenance

 * Provide ongoing support for production applications and workflows.
