## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Metallurgical Engineering, or a related technical field\n
 * Minimum of 0-3 years of relevant experience in engineering and/or manufacturing.\n
 * Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the year to support global repair manufacturing locations and collaborate with engineering peers.\n, * Degree concentration or coursework in Welding Engineering or Materials/Metallurgical Engineering\n
 * Knowledge of superalloy materials, including nickel-based and cobalt-based alloys\n
 * Familiarity with metallurgical characterization and interpretation of microstructures\n
 * Exposure to process development, manufacturing engineering, or repair technologies\n
 * Experience with technical documentation, data analysis, and structured problem solving\n
 * Internship, research, or laboratory experience in welding, brazing, or heat treatment\n
 * Understanding of aerospace, power generation, or other high-performance industrial materials applications\n
 * Familiar with AI and possess a continuous improvement (Lean) mindset.\n
 * Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills\n
 * Effective written and verbal communication skills\n
 * Ability to work in a hands-on manufacturing and laboratory environment\n
 * Willingness to learn and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team setting\n
