## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) with 5 years of experience OR a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 0 years of experience.
 * Experience with using different test equipment, i.e. oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, DMM, signal generator, power supplies
 * Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
 * Active government issued Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment
 * Experience using Microsoft Office
 * Able to communicate effectively and clearly to present technical approaches and findings
 * Able to work independently with minimal direction and act as team lead for larger test efforts
 * Experience in writing test plans and test reports
 * Able to present technical data to upper management

## Description

* Responsible for data summary, distribution, and test report authorship.
 * Work with internal and external customers to define and document instrumentation, data requirements, and test planning including acquisition, processing, and analysis to satisfy test objectives
 * Proficient in the use of Logic Analyzers, Software Based Debugging tools, In-Circuit Emulators, RF Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Signal Generators
 * Continually improve processes to address deficiencies and best practices
 * Develop and maintain test plans, test data, test reports, and test procedures
 * Perform data collection and use of reduction tools such as MATLAB, LabVIEW, Excel,
 * Troubleshoot production failures and return units to operations for tests
 * Perform trend analysis of common failures and contribute to corrective actions
 * Present metrics and status to upper management
