Do you have experience consulting with clients, understanding their business and technical requirements, and designing API-based solutions? We are looking for an API Integration Consultant with strong .NET development skills and a solid understanding of Enterprise Permitting & Licensing (EPL). This role will work directly with clients and internal teams to design, build, and support reliable integrations between EPL and external systems. Responsibilities * Consult with clients to understand their business processes, technical environments, and integration requirements. * Translate client needs into scalable API and system-integration solutions. * Design, develop, test, and support RESTful APIs and services using .NET and C#. * Build integrations between EPL solutions and client or third-party applications. * Develop a strong understanding of EPL frameworks, APIs, business models, and workflows. * Provide clients with technical recommendations, integration guidance, and implementation support. * Lead technical discussions and clearly explain solution designs to technical and nontechnical stakeholders. * Create API specifications, data mappings, integration diagrams, and technical documentation. * Troubleshoot complex API, data, authentication, performance, and system-integration issues. * Review client integration designs and recommend improvements based on established standards and best practices. * Develop proof-of-concept solutions to validate integration approaches when needed. * Apply object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and secure development practices. * Build automated unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews. * Collaborate with product, engineering, implementation, and client teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. * Work within an Agile development environment and provide technical guidance to less-experienced team members.
