This is a player-coach leadership role responsible for both personally leading high-priority captures and managing a team of Capture Managers supporting the Sector's Growth objectives. The ideal candidate will drive strategic pursuits ranging from $100M to over $1B in contract value, while mentoring, coaching, and developing capture professionals responsible for building a sustainable pipeline of growth opportunities.
