Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day helpdesk requests.Manage and maintain ~ 60+ endpoints across multiple Midwest sites.Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (users, licensing, security policies, Teams/SharePoint/Exchange/Defender).Manage network hardware including switches, firewalls, Tailscale, and certificate-based SSH access.Own and maintain our Azure-hosted infrastructure via our existing IaC stack. Apply changes, troubleshoot deployments, extend as needed.Maintain and take full ownership of existing in-house custom applications/scripts.Own backup and disaster recovery.
