Preferred * CompTIA A+ or similar industry certification. * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). * Experience with ticketing systems for tracking and resolving support requests. * Exposure to Active Directory or Entra ID for basic user account tasks (password resets, group membership). * Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment. ## Description We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for providing hands-on hardware support and front-line helpdesk assistance to end users across three manufacturing facilities under common ownership.
