Education Requirements: * Master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university. * A degree in an analytics, computer science, data science, or related technical field is highly desired. Security Clearance Requirements: Secret Clearance, * Hardworking Individuals: If you're someone who takes initiative, loves a challenge, and is committed to excellence, you'll feel right at home here. ## Description The Senior Metrics and Data Analyst provides advanced analytical, data science, and decision-support services to Commander, Naval Surface Force Atlantic (COMNAVSURFLANT) in support of Force Generation readiness. This position analyzes complex readiness information across the Personnel, Equipment, Supply, Training, Ordnance, Networks, and Infrastructure (PESTONI) pillars to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve Surface Force readiness. The Senior Metrics and Data Analyst will work with authoritative Navy data sources, develop and apply predictive analytics and machine-learning models, build data visualizations and analytical products, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior Navy leadership.
